But the lag will take so long you forget to start or end a fast because you become distracted with something else. When I open the app, loading time takes way too long. It makes me think of that time when it caught a bug and the whole app was unresponsive/was broken. I had to power off/on to see if it’ll fix it and it didn’t. So I think this is a new issue they need to look into and fix. Because it’s being like this, there’s a chance the app will be down again. So I’m changing my 5 stars to 3 (neutral). If the app is down again, I won’t be surprised. I’m just tired of being disappointed because this app seems to have new problem every so~ every other month. I’m worried all my progress will get erased or not be accessible. I’ve been on this app since Jan 2024. I’ve been coming and going but I always came back and would try, try again. That’s important. Never giving up and always getting back on that saddle. I’ve been very consistent at the end of 2024/ beginning of 2025. But one day, this app was broken. It had a big bug (the app was glitching and not responsive in the new update) and because I updated this app (I’m never doing that again lol), all my progress and all my pictures were wiped. I was extremely frustrated and upset. Even when I would sign in (I had an account), it would let me sign in but nothing. I even deleted this app and redownloaded- yet that didn’t help. My progress wasn’t there. It was making me start over. I even tried to find a way to message the developers to get their attention but there is literally no way to contact them . And don’t even bother going to About> Chat with us via app because I’ve been spam- messaging them and it would always give me a generic bot answer saying someone would be on their way to help and that my messages were sent . Yet nobody came to rescue and nobody answered my messages. So I quit. There’s that. I hated this app since then. That was in Feb 2025. Today is June 18, 2025. I thought maybe I could give it a go again, and I was curious if they fixed the bug because I see that they made an update a month ago. So I downloaded it and all my progress was there! Alas! They finally fixed the bug and I’m over joyed! I can’t wait to start my journey again. One thing for sure, I’m going to save all my pictures in a backup because it was cool seeing me in all different phases/ stages. Anyway, Thank you for fixing this app. If you’re thinking about fasting, this app is simple. Just clock in and clock out and the app will do it for you. I like the color coding on the clock cause it tells you whether ur burning fat and which one does a cell regenerate, etc. Most of all, the picture logs. See how much you changed by taking pictures every 2 weeks is pretty cool. Downfall is, there is no way to contact them. So whatever happens, happens. Premium is not really worth it imo (I had it), unless you like to read articles and look at some of their healthy recipes. At that time, I think I spent $70 to join, but I see there’s a promotion going on. I also don’t care for joining the community (Facebook) but before that, there was a community in the app. That’s gone now. I liked the support I got from women when the community was built into the app. I use the basic package and it’s good enough for me. ### 3/5 — Great app *2025-07-03, version 27.16* The app is great it’s been helping me lose weight but for some reason after multiple times of downloading it and deleting it won’t open anything when I open the app? The support group is through Facebook, it would be better to have it in app. The app seems like it hasn’t been updated or upkeep. ### 1/5 — !! Avoid - Broken app and offers *2026-04-10* The offers are broken. I started using the app and was greeted with an annual offer of £20 but was charged the full £80. This app is completely busted at this point. Sign in functionality is broken - you try to sign in via Apple and it just spins. The same for the motivations that used to appear on the first page. Lost all my data, they’ve robbed me of my money, and there’s no way to contact them as support messages just get wiped. ### 1/5 — Slow loading *2026-03-17, version 27.18* Go with the Fasty app instead!
