## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 3.0.1 — 2026-09-02

Updated food search UX
Estimate Macros when some are missing based on calories
Edit nutrition values on any scanned food
Adjust logged meals by grams or servings
Fixes for PR display and form buttons

### 3.0 — 2026-09-01

I added a Nutrition section to allow users to also track their macros/calories (big). The app leverages the Open Food Facts database (consider donating to them as it is a free service) as well as the USDA's Food Central database (limited api usage per hour, if I hit the limit I'll up it but with the amount of downloads/users, I doubt it) for quick lookups of barcodes and product searches, you can also scan the nutrition label of an item that is not found for easy logging.

Also added support for logging resistance bands and mapping them to a load so users can track their progression for those kinds of exercises.

Better tracking of goals

General ux improvements

### 2.5.1 — 2026-06-28

bug fixes for Year in Review and Goals

* Templates can now set both sets & reps for each exercise
* Increased range for Rest Timer
* Added sides for Functional exercises
