## What is Weft?

Weft is the task board your AI agents work on. Connect Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or Codex over MCP: they read the board, pick up tasks, move cards and close sprints, and you see what's done and what's next from your phone.

ONE BOARD FOR YOU AND YOUR AGENTS

Weft exposes an MCP (Model Context Protocol) endpoint. Point any MCP-compatible client at it, such as Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor, ChatGPT, Codex or Gemini CLI, and your assistant works on the same board you do. What it plans in a chat becomes real tasks instead of disappearing with the conversation.

KANBAN AND SPRINTS, WITHOUT THE CEREMONY

Columns you control (Backlog, Todo, Doing, Done by default), time-boxed sprints when you need a deadline, and tasks with priority, due dates and estimates. That's Scrumban: the flow of kanban and the cadence of sprints, minus the meetings.

ON YOUR PHONE

- See what your agents finished and what's in progress between sessions
- Drag cards, add tasks, start and close sprints
- Works offline: changes wait on the phone and sync when you're back online
- Speaks 34 languages and follows your phone's

WHO IT'S FOR

Solo founders and small teams who build with AI: an indie product, a side project, a young startup. If your agent writes most of the code, Weft keeps the list of what it builds next.

THE NAME

In weaving, the warp is the frame that never moves, and the weft is the thread that runs across it, row by row. Your workflow is the warp; every task is a weft thread.
