Please forward this message to Wegmans Corporate so they can consider these enhancements. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Subs *2026-08-30, version 2.51* I went into get subs for my family, waited along time in line and then when I started to order I saw the brownish/ whitish colored lettuce that looked like it was sitting around for months. I asked the sub maker to get fresh lettuce, which he did and when he pulled it out, it didn’t look any better. The women in front of me told me that her son works at women’s and told her that the cold cuts are no longer freshly cut, but are prepackaged from Hormel. I decided that the brown lettuce was just too gross and I left the line. I will not order subs or sub trays from Wegmans anymore. ### 1/5 — curbside sucks *2026-08-28, version 2.51* you can place orders for curbside, but can’t check in for your curbside order using the app even though those are the only instructions given to you. nobody answers the phone, so even though you place a curbside order you have to go inside. No matter what time I attempt to place a cake order, it tells me I have to order at least 24 hours in advance but there is NO option to select the date and time for when the cake needs to be ready and I’m unable to complete ANY cake order because of this, the app won’t let me continue to move forward. There is an issue with the app and this needs to be fixed. Based on previous reviews I’ve read, this has been an ongoing issue. Extremely disappointing. Please fix your app. **Developer response:** Thank you so much for reaching out! if you are having trouble adding a custom cake to your cart, its most likely that there is a missing requirement like adding a message or selecting colors for decorations and message. You will be able to select the date and time in the checkout process once your cart is all set. Our Customer Care team is available 7 days a week at 1-800-wegmans for additional help. Hope to see you soon! ### 1/5 — GF OPTIONS NOT WORKING? *2025-06-20, version 2.25* Tried ordering a gf sub like I usually do. But the option to add to cart kept graying out when I was selecting onions. I want onions on my GF sandwich but I guess I’m not allowed?! There are other options too that cause you to not be able to buy your sandwich. I wanted to write a note but they didn’t have that option either.
