If I load my list from home and don’t close the app I’m fine but if the app is cold started it just hangs on the Wegmans splash screen. When this happens you will never get past the splash screen let alone to the shopping list. If the list is loaded at home the list images may fail to fully load and you might be surprised to hear I shop via images a lot. I wish you would provide offline list support. The Internet at this Wegmans via the cell carrier almost never functions. It’s worse when this Wegmans is packed with people. A small database like GRDB with cached images would solve this. Queue changes till a stable Internet is back. This is easy to do in Swift. A functioning shopping list is critical for me. I always preload the list before I leave but if the app gets in the way it’s useless. I don’t do guest Internet if Wegmans even offers this. ### 4/5 — Needs “Clip All” Coupon Button *2026-08-26, version 30.47.0* I use this app almost daily and love it but they took away the “Clip All Coupons” button from a previous app version and I wish they would bring it back! ### 2/5 — Love Wegmans but this forced app update needs revision *2026-08-01, version 30.41.0* Love the store but sometimes I need to look up the location of an item. The app would be great for that, except every single update means I’m required to update the app to keep using it. I have barely enough cell signal in my Wegmans to allow me to open the app and use it, slowly. Downloading the app is not possible. You guys are not a bank, or brokerage, or any other high security app. Every point update does not need us to download the new version. Please cut it out to improve the shopping experience. ### 3/5 — List sharing crashes *2026-07-27, version 30.41.0* If grocery list sharing worked it would be great. It crashes and fails to load a shared list almost every time I try to use the feature. ### 3/5 — Cart Refresh Issue *2026-07-22, version 30.41.0* The shopping cart constantly refreshes and brings me to the top whenever I’m removing items from either tab or after a scroll. Since introducing AI features (in what world is this necessary?), it’s been completely useless. I search for products I *know* Wegmans carries and they don’t come up, regardless of how I search for them (e.g., general name, specific item name, departments tab), only to later find them in store. Stop pushing AI on customers. It’s unethical, it *negatively* impacts the user experience, and the overwhelming majority of people don’t want this. ### 1/5 — After using it for years I never got any discounts *2026-06-07, version 30.27.0* What is the point of this application? I have had it for years and haven’t had any deals. Delays either doesn’t exist or not being communicated properly. ### 1/5 — Wegmans App *2026-05-31, version 30.23.1* They must have changed something with their app. Mine would not open today 5/31/26 ! ### 2/5 — Always issues *2026-05-11, version 30.22.0* There is always something wrong with this app. It freezes, deletes list, doesn’t filter well and more. I can log-in because my password “expire” but I’m not promoted to create a new password. I can’t switch from in store to delivery because the address already exists. The address is disabled so I can’t edit or delete it. There has to be a better way to handle bulk actions like “apply notes to all” or “don’t replace for X items”. It would also be great if there was a setting to “always confirm replacement”. And a way to adjust replacement counts or my clarity around what’s being used - is the replacement a single count even though the original said two or is the replacement up to $10 if that was the previous total, and/or show the +/- difference? The replacement approval sometimes approves all items needing approval instead of the single I selected. When something is refunded, remove the review item/dismiss alert if a user is unable to take action. Additionally, the approval flow via text message doesn’t seem to work after typing “Y” or “A” - maybe it’s working but there isn’t a clear validation? ### 1/5 — Useless for an older phone *2026-05-10, version 30.10.2* I have done 10+ pickup orders but the app is useless because l have an older phone. It requires iOS 16.0 which l dont have. Everytime l try to use the app it locks and says a newer version is available download now. Obviously when l click download it takes me to the app store but l cant download the update because l dont have iOS 16.0 or later. Why cant you give the option of skipping the download latest upgrade? That way you are not alienating those of us that shop Wegmans regularly and want to utilize the app. Seem like a very reasonable request. Can you help??? ### 3/5 — Good, but needs improvement *2026-05-09, version 30.22.0* Overall the app is functional and gets the job done, but it needs a few key improvements, mainly with shipping lists: * Fix the delay when removing items so the rest of the list fills in/moves up immediately. * Add the ability to move unavailable (grayed-out) items from the Get It list to the Got It list. This is very frustrating; they can only be deleted, not moved. * Add price totals that apply just to the Get It and Got It lists. Currently the only price shown is for both. I want to know how much I’ll be spending just for the Get It stuff. * Often the item pictures don’t load on both lists; I need to back out to the home page and go back in to get them to appear. * When a note is added to an item, make it much more visible when the item is displayed in the list. A yellow highlight would be good so the user doesn’t miss it. Often these are important—like notes for a recipe. On the Digital Coupon screen, when viewing an individual coupon, thank you for changing the behavior of both the back arrow and the X button to return to the Coupon list! I would constantly hit X and go back to the Home Screen; was very frustrating. I DO NOT NEED AI to help with my shopping list. The only thing this addition has done is crash my app constantly. This app worked great before, but now it freezes and requires a restart several times when making a list or going shopping. It only works when I am at home connected to WiFi. Then they send you unrelated marketing push notifications about sales on melons. I loved how i could easily follow my list from aisle to aisle. Now, with the addition of AI, it takes so long to load that I can’t use it. When I try to check off items, the interface glitches out and checks off the wrong item. And I can no longer keep the list loaded. Every time I click away from the app, or my screen goes dark, it resets to the stupid popups advertising useless features that nobody wants. I can’t use this for its ONLY use anymore. The only thing that is frustrating is under ‘Lists’ we can make shopping specific lists then can check each item off when purchased. The checked items stay in that list forever and it takes forever to delete. It helps me to be able to quickly navigate through the store. I also love that it helps me keep within my budget by showing me my total. The only thing I wish was that the total price was at the top of the list instead of the bottom. Sometimes if I have a longer list, it takes couple scrolls to get to the bottom and I inadvertently will click “got it” on some items while I’m scrolling. ### 5/5 — Needs price updates to instore shopping list *2025-11-06, version 29.29.1* Great app that I use all the time. I keep everything I am ever likely to buy in my list. I look at it to help me prepare for in-store shopping. The list used to automatically show loyalty card discounts and automatically update any price changes, but now these updates are not happening. I have had some surprises at the store.
