Don’t quit your day job, but if you’re looking for some fun money, it’s the way to go as long as you follow the directions closely. It’s totally legit and you do get paid. The most frustrating thing is there’s no ability to see all of the jobs clustered on a map in a particular area. Instead all jobs are on a long list and it shows the town and you have to click in and out of each job to figure out where they each are located. If you intend to cluster several in a particular area, this presents a challenge because they cannot be viewed together on a map like most other apps. The other issue you may run into is challenges coordinating the scheduling of the job with whoever you’re working with. That could be a private individual or it could be a business. Finally, they require that you provide a cell phone number which is used to send incessant texts about every job in the area with no way to manage the frequency or timing of those texts. Today I received about 75 text messages about jobs Some of which are 45 minutes or so away and frankly not worth the drive. I find that annoying. Sometimes they will also call you as well about nearby ones. Some of the jobs are a hassle because there can be complications and a “long story” which present barriers to completing the job. Many of the auto insurance claim jobs seem to be a result of previous failed attempts by the customer or another contractor. Sometimes the vehicle is no longer available, has been sold, the claim is rescinded, etc. so be prepared for the unexpected. However, overall, it works well and is a nice means of some modest side money. ### 2/5 — Useless *2025-11-15, version 5.3.0* At all. This app is just a waste of space in my phone now. The problem is it doesn’t work with this application. Please fix this if you can. I have deleted the app, reinstalled it, (which is the only advice I’ve gotten to correct the problem). I only recently discovered the app was still available on my IPad. They refuse to let me work just because I didn’t fill in my first account with the name part as my real name and put username name with my phone that has auto filled it and at time was unsure how do it. a username with my info and it was a year ago or 2 years ago. they don’t give second chances to someone who makes a mistake even if they remake a new profile with everything right even name. Horrible people. Also I wasn’t sure if they were trustworthy to look them up on YouTube and online see if there real and they were. Also, they don’t give you a password right in the beginning and if they do, they sure don’t tell you so you have to go and restart your password to get into app ### 1/5 — Bunch of B.S. *2022-07-11, version 3.10.8* Don’t sign up for this app and company it’s a bunch of B.S.!!!! I followed and everything I was told to do through their app and videos and never and I mean never got one job to earn any kind of of money!!! You’ll go through a process to obtain work then it just emails you to let you know it has too many lookers already; and will not be processing you further. For instance trying to explain why you can’t take a picture of the engine, steering wheel, etc. for a travel trailer (hint: it’s a trailer-there is no engine or steering wheel). Or explaining why you can’t travel over 100 miles to photograph a house in western North Carolina that is located in a Federal Disaster Area following Hurricane Helene because the roads there literally no longer exist. If you dare to question these and other assignments by them you will be ghosted and they will not even respond to explain why you are no longer receiving any assignments. Very unprofessional and immature. ### 1/5 — Beware! They can cancel your jobs with no reimbursement! *2024-06-14, version 4.1.15* I scheduled a larger paying job that was far away, and then I scheduled another one that was going to be in that area to do right after. For some reason, they canceled the first job, and they will not pay me any of what I was going to make on that job reimburse, and they still expect me to go all the way out there for the smaller job, otherwise they are going to penalize my account. A company like this should pay you some sort of reimbursement if they cancel the job so there it is still worth it to go all the way out there for the other one.
