Getting anyone to help you is impossible. I totally love my WW app. Virtual GLP1 workshops with responsive coaches. Still am. Downloaded the app got everything set up. Waiting for it to be delivered. Set up my first coaching session so I would know everything I needed to know to get started. Was supposed to start at 7:30. 45 minutes later I’m still waiting in the zoom room for a coach. That’s not there. Customer service is a joke. Not sure it’s legit, seems like a scam to get your personal info, sine it kicks you out AFTER you enter all your info but before it completes the Sign Up. ### 1/5 — It Won’t Work *2026-04-14* App lets me download but it doesn’t let me create a new account. Every time I get to the part where I enter the code that is texted to me, it says that the code has expired. IMMEDIATELY AFTER I GET IT!!!! Both my dosage and weight are different now. Is there any way I could have entered in my starting weight and dosage from my original start date? I wish I had been prompted to download the app with my first dose. I would love to have the full picture of my entire journey. Code won’t work. Request another code, still won’t work. Come back later… nope. They pop up a message like “It’s not you, it’s us.
