I purchased the subscription, which promises free tours (not tickets), but it seems impossible to associate the subscription with my account and impossible to call anyone either. No link in confirmation email. Same email for login. Is this a scam?

I paid $17 for an audio guide of Carthage and got 2-4 minutes of audio per site. The guide’s content was uninspired and uninspiring: it seemed as if the creators used text-to-speech software on Wikipedia entries for the historical sites

Literally one of the audio clips said “this site is worth visiting because…” as if I weren’t standing right there hoping to have history brought to life

В самый нужный момент у моей подруги на ее телефоне перестало работать приложение и отображать билет. Мы пытались перезайти с моего телефона и сделать скриншот ее билета и это за 15 минут до нашего времени.
Сначала не приходил код, далее он приходил с задержкой. После нам в итоге удалось зайти в ее аккаунт и снять билет.
Но вернуться обратно в мой никак не получилось. В диалоге менеджер признала, что это была некорректная работа приложения.
По сути мы остались без аудиогида, тк у подруги не работало, у меня не заходило в приложение.
Больше вашим сервисом пользоваться не будем 👍

В целом очень неплохое приложение и классная тема - аудио-экскурсии. 

Я брала экскурсию в Санкт-Петербурге Вокруг Пяти углов: экскурсия интересная, содержательная, но было несколько минусов: на шумных улицах в центре Питера плохо слышно спикеров в наушниках, лучше сделать громче. Маршрут был довольно хаотичный, лучше придумывать более организованный маршрут. И, не могу не отметить несколько ошибок в текстах экскурсий и то, что спикеры не раз запинались. 

Также дарила сестре две аудио-экскурсии по Белграду, тут только хочу отметить, что жаль, что нет подарочных сертификатов.
