Cela ne m’est pas possible sans VPN car j’ai pu constater depuis plusieurs mois du throtteling par Red. Malgré mon option fibre me donnant un débit descendant de 600 mégas (plus ou moins, en fonction de l’heure de la journée). Le test Wehe me donne sur Netflix un débit de 14 mégas (chiffré ou non). En revanche, fast.com me donne entre 6 et 7 mégas. Jamais au dessus. Cela me bridge en full HD avec parfois des sauts en SD. I should be able to see sports in 480p, regardless of how much bandwidth I’ve used but, after I stream for several minutes I can see my bandwidth become reduced to less than .5Mbs.
