Thank you, kindly. ### 2/5 — Video calls *2025-08-22* During the call, the video disappears when you talking to a person the screen gets darker after a minute of not touching the screen. But you’re on a call why should you be touching the screen ? to keep screen active, need to be fixed this issue annoying. **Developer response:** Thanks for your feedback. Staff and doctors were really great. **Developer response:** Thank you so much! ### 5/5 — life saver *2025-02-02* my mom recently was discharged from a hospital and we needed some care at home. i heard about this service from my cousin and i am so glad we got it. i usually don’t write reviews but i told them that i will share it. they get a doctor to help right away and send medication to my pharmacy called the insurance and got the prior auth and all of this is covered by my insurance. The doctor prescribed a medication that amazingly was delivered to my home in 2 hours. I was very happy, not going to the emergency room, waiting for hours to see a doctor, and not getting the medication after all. I was connected with a nurse who noted my details and then was connected to a doctor. With covid, I don’t want to especially go out and visit a clinic if it can be solved over phone and I can be prescribed the required medicines. Thankfully my insurance was accepted so it was great for me! ### 5/5 — Fast Service! *2021-07-16* Was feeling a bit under the weather lately, and it only seemed to get worse. I was unable to take a trip to the doctor, so I instead tried this app. I was able to get connected to a doctor fairly quickly and get medicine prescribed. I waste so much time and energy trying to get a video appointment with my doctor or even a nurse at Kaiser. I will definitely be utilizing this app more. It literally took 20 seconds for a doctor to answer. And they’re even open till 10pm and after that they have emergency doctors on the line just in case. This has seriously changed the way to reaching doctors and getting the help you need quickly with little effort. I recommend this to everyone! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Terrible Service, Nurses use Chat-GPT *2026-08-11* I downloaded this app the other night due to a health scare and some anxiety, and after actually attempting to use it this morning, I’m appalled. After sending in something via the chat window, I’m immediately video called with no warning, given no greeting, and after I can explain the issues I’m facing, the nurse I was speaking with immediately tells me that “based on my symptoms”, I should go to the emergency room, before posting a shockingly long and far more eloquent string of ai-generated text saying the same. The issue though, is the symptoms the nurse spoke about are not ones I even mentioned at all! After telling me to go to the ER immediately, I’m then told that I have “something” at 3pm- it takes great effort to learn that I’ve been assigned an appointment, and when I politely explain that 3pm would not work, and if the appointment is supposed to go along with the ER visit, the nurse asks what time would be better and then IMMEDIATELY closes the chat, so I can’t answer any questions relating to schedule or any of the numerous copy pasted questions sent my way. Awful experience, the next time I have a health scare I’m just going to my nearby urgent care. ### 1/5 — App won’t let me log in *2026-07-29, version 7.3.7* Keeps saying “oops something went wrong. Please check the fields and try again later.” Everything I typed in to log in was correct. The app is glitching out when I need care ### 1/5 — Horrible prompt with no option to say no. *2026-02-23, version 7.2.1* I updated the app and was immediately prompted to enter my weight and “goal weight”. That is outrageously inappropriate and harmful for someone recovering from an ED. Why would this be needed to see my own medical files? Stop promoting weight loss. Shame shame shame! ### 1/5 — Scam *2025-02-28, version 6.1.2* Total scam ### 1/5 — Crooks they don’t care about your health *2023-08-28* I had an appointment with Dr William Carr Jr, PA three months ago. They went over my medical history and confirmed that the medication that I needed I have been in for years. I asked for 5 refills. They only put in for one. I called today and asked for a refill and explained that only one refill was attached to the script and it was used. They are trying to force me to book another appointment for the refill. I requested for the doctor to call me back. They stated that the doctor will not call me back or even pull my file until I book another appointment for them to bill insurance. Stay away!!! **Developer response:** We're sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction with our services. Unfortunately, we are not able to solve it here, please give us a call at 888 525 0650 and request to be directed to the manager so we can review this particular issue. At times, our providers are not able to provide refills in the length of 5 months depending on medications simply over telemedicine. Most times, medications as therapeutic need to be evaluated in an office environment prior to prescribing them for a long-term chronic illness. This is done to ensure there are no side effects and the therapeutic is suitable for the patient's chronic condition. You cant call and reach them and Nobody answers your email. ### 1/5 — It’s a scam!!!!! *2020-12-10, version 2.3.0* Don’t not subscribe. The app doesn’t work. They never connect you to a doctor. They don’t have an actual customer service line. They keep charging you even if you cancel the subscription. It’s a scam!!!! ### 1/5 — SCAM *2020-11-24, version 2.1.2* This is a scam. They charge your card and offer no way to remove it, even by calling. And there is no way to see or speak to a doctor, they just route you through their “support” and say a doctor will call back and they don’t.
