War früher ein gute App mit teils veralteten Videos. Habe jetzt nach einigen Jahren Pause wieder getestet und musste feststellen dass es zwar ein paar neue Kurse gibt, aber dafür der Preis exorbitant gestiegen und man die Kurse nicht einmal mehr offline schauen kann. Damit ist die App für mich nutzlos und das Geld nicht annähernd wert.

Danke für dein Feedback! Die Download-Funktion wurde leider kaum genutzt und aus diesem Grund haben wir sie vor einiger Zeit entfernt. Dafür sind seitdem neue Funktionen wie Short Kurse und der KI Coach dazugekommen. Wir freuen uns, wenn du der App irgendwann vielleicht noch einmal eine Chance gibst.

Ich nutze die App super gerne, leider funktioniert der Vollbildmodus seit einiger Zeit beim Streamen über den AppleTV nicht mehr - es kommt zu einem kleinen Bild mit viel weißem Rand. Vielleicht lässt sich das noch beheben?! :)

Bezüglich des Streams auf den Apple TV ist es so, dass wir aktuell noch keine spezielle Einbindung dieser Funktion bei uns haben. Deshalb ist es abhängig von Endgerät ob und wie gut der Stream funktioniert. Ich nehme deinen Wunsch aber natürlich liebend gerne bei uns auf und wir schauen, was wir zukünftig möglich machen können 🐴

Kann die App nicht nutzen weil unter meine Anmeldedaten kommt: kein Account vorhanden, es wurden aber 200 Euro als Jahresabo abgebucht. Kundenservice nicht erreichbar

Super App mit tollen und lehrreichen Inhalten, allerdings kann ich die Videos auf dem IPad nicht im Vollbildschirm gucken und eine Funktion, um die Videos herunterzuladen wäre schön

Ich nutze die App jetzt schon mehrere Jahre. Mal mehr mal etwas weniger. Bin sehr froh über die vielfältigen Inhalte.
Habe nicht immer Zugriff auf einen Trainer. Mit der App und denen für die Situation passenden Kurse konnte ich mir schon die ein oder andere Frage dadurch beantworten. Bin sehr dankbar über Dieses wichtige Tool. Macht bitte weiter so. Ganz großes Lob.

App zeigt Update an, obwohl auf dem neuesten Stand. Ich kann die App somit aktuell nicht nutzen, da er immer ein Update will, welches es nicht gibt

App keeps buffering the videos every 30 seconds. Does not do this on the website or any other app so it’s not my internet connection.

we were digging into this and found potential reason for a performance degradation and buffering issues if the bandwidth of your connection isn't big enough.

I love the content but the video playback buffers every minute or so which makes watching almost impossible. I have high quality WiFi, the app is up to date, and have tried on multiple devices and still have the same problem. There is also no customer service to reach out to about this, only automated responses. Very disappointing.

I’ve been using this app a lot. 

Likes— videos play well, good diversity of instructors and content. Tracks your place in the video. 

Dislikes- everything else… many videos superficial and idealized, lacking detailed “real world” instruction; app does not allow you to create lists to track what you want to watch, vs in progress, vs already watched; no way for users to rate instructors and videos; and very expensive for a monthly subscription- a lifetime subscription option would be nice and it’s hard to find the time to make the cost worth it every month. 

This will be my last month.

Kein AirPlay möglich, sodass ich die Videos nicht auf dem Fernseher anschauen kann. LG Browser des Fernsehers löst das Problem leider auch nicht, da die Videos nicht laden. Sehr schade, so bin ich wirklich gezwungen, die Videos auf dem kleinen Screen meines Handys anzuschauen. Filtervarianten nicht vorhanden. Suche nur über Stichworte möglich.
