## What is Weight Control App Boxer Mode?

“Boxer Mode” is a weight control app which is supervised by ex-world champion of professional boxing, Mr. Shun Kubo.

You just measure weight and store it in the app. You can manage your weight control with the same method boxers are using.

In fact, weight is changing everyday. Even within a day, it changes several kg. It is difficult to catch the trend of weight changes if you are looking at changes of everyday. 
The weight management methods used by professional boxers who compete under strict weight limits are easy to understand and effective for the general public's health management and weight management for dieting. 
By using this app, you will be able to experience weight management from a different perspective than before.

Easy to check weight changes with weekly basis chart
With the Boxer Mode chart, you can check your weight changes as weekly basis which boxers use for their weight control. It shows minimum, maximum and average value of the week.

Integrated with Apple Health app
Due to the integration with Apple Health app, the chart of consumed energy is shown in the app. You can check the changes of energy consumption in addition to weight changes in a single app. 

Also can check daily changes
Standard Mode chart shows daily changes of your weight. It is as same as other apps offers.
