## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — App would be great if it worked

*2020-03-30*

I logged my lifts yesterday. Then when I go to the history nothing is there under that date

**Developer response:** Hi,

Thank you for the review. We would like to let you know that the issue you described has been fixed and an updated app is available for use.

Thanks,
Lets Hang

### 2/5 — Good features but cloud base and crashes

*2019-06-18*

I love the set up and minimalistic functionality of this app but there are issues with them. They seem to be cloud based so when I have no signal, the exercises dont load! Also, the app seem to be crashing a lot and blank exercises appear out of nowhere in my list and when I try to delete them, the app crashes.

**Developer response:** Hi,

Thank you for ther review. We would like to let you know that the app has been upgraded and now supports offline mode, and it will automatically backup your data when you come back online.

Thanks!

### 3/5 — Ok but don’t make a typo

*2021-02-22*

I think the App overall is fine, but if I make a typo when creating a routine or exercise, I am unable to delete that routine or exercise. I have a lot of different exercises to sort through, and I vary my routine, so I would prefer to have the flexibility to add, remove, or change exercises. I also don’t want to have sift through misspelled ones because it just compounds my lists. My edit button does not work at all.

### 3/5 — Data Missing Occasionally

*2020-10-26*

When I started using this, I loved the simplicity of it. It was perfect for customizing my workouts, and tracking my progressive overloads.

Then all my data of weights/sets/reps disappeared. I don’t rely on memory to keep track of all the weights for my exercises. So It was a big pain to have to find my limits for each one of my exercises. It’s not the first time it’s happened, but it’s extremely annoying when I show up to the gyms and my workout history doesn’t show up. It adds another 30 minutes in the gym. I might just go back to paper and pencil.

Otherwise, it’s a great app. It’s just not reliable.

**Developer response:** Hi Erik,

Thank you for the review. We would like to let you know that the issue you described has been fixed and an updated app is available for use.

Thanks,

Lets Hang

### 3/5 — Stopped working on iPhone

*2020-09-29, version 1.41*

I’ve loved using this app. I recently updated the app and all the data has been blacked out. So all I can see now is the exercise or routines and the control widgets to enter your lift. Can this be fixed?

### 4/5 — Exercise list in alphabetical order

*2020-11-10*

Would love to see the exercises listed in alphabetical order to find exercises quicker

### 5/5 — Simple and good

*2020-09-12, version 1.41*

Closest thing to a piece of paper you can get. Does what you need with nothing you don’t and no in app purchases or aggressive advertising. No ‘not being able to find the exercise you want to log’

If you just want to record lifts and see progress overtime it does it.

Simplicity is divine.

### 5/5 — Great app

*2020-06-15*

Great app to record lifts

### 5/5 — New update

*2020-05-21*

Editing/removing exercises is now much easier!

### 5/5 — Solid app

*2020-05-13*

Simple UI easy to follow. Kudos to the developer

## Most praised reviews (5 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Gainz for Dayz

*2019-07-17*

This app helped me become the biggest guy in the courtyard, my life looks like an axe commercial now all due to discipline that this app instilled

### 5/5 — Simple, yet effective

*2019-01-18*

I’ve struggled with making measurable improvements since I started lifting weights 8 years ago. This app has changed that! Its user-friendly design makes it very easy to track my progress and incrementally grow stronger. It’s big boy season!

### 5/5 — Changed my life

*2019-01-16*

I used to be small, but now I’m huge. You get 3 free Gainz just for downloading this thing. I wake up every morning, and snort some protein powder while I’m checking my Weight Lift Tracker. When you lift as much as I do, there’s not enough paper in the world to track all my exercises by hand. This has truly changed my life. Get this app, and you will see some BIG changes

### 5/5 — Get SWOLE with Weight Lift Tracker

*2019-01-06*

I lift a lot of weights so as you might imagine I’m not very good at counting. With this app I can focus all my energy on my muscles and making them bigger instead of wasting energy on my brain to keep track of my workouts.

### 5/5 — Very User Friendly

*2019-01-02*

This is a great simple app. I used to always track my lifts in a notebook but would always forget it/lose it/it would get worn down so now being able to track everything on my phone helps me to know exactly where I left off. Can’t believe someone hadn’t made an app like this before
