## What is Weight Log?

Log your weight in about 10 seconds and gently follow your progress toward your goal.
A buddy you choose - a cat, a dog or a rabbit - celebrates with you every time you keep going.

WHAT THIS APP IS
Weight Log never judges a gain or a loss as "success" or "failure". It's about showing up and keeping the habit, not obsessing over numbers.

KEY FEATURES
- Log: weight, body fat % (optional), a memo (optional) and your mood for the day (good / normal / tired) in a few taps
- Home: your current weight, how far you have to go, and your logging streak at a glance
- Goals: set your height, starting weight and target weight, with a pace guide (Slow & Steady / Standard / Ambitious / Custom)
- Graph: your trend with a 7-day average and a goal line, from 1 week to all time, for weight or body fat %
- Calendar: look back on the days you logged like a diary, and edit or delete entries
- Reminders: choose the time and weekdays. If you've already logged that day, no reminder is sent. An optional follow-up 2 hours later can be turned on or off
- Widgets: show today's weight, how far you have to go and your streak on the home screen (3 types)
- Privacy mode: hide your actual weight on the home screen and in widgets
- Buddies: pick a cat, dog or rabbit and give it a name. It says a few words to you every day
- 5 theme colors, light and dark appearance
- Export your records as CSV, or delete all of your data
- Available in English and Japanese
