This app really isn't free at all. In fact, it's a teaser to get you to buy the book. Not what I was looking for in a weight loss app...at all. :(

I suggest spending some money to get a paid app but if you want a free one download How to lose weight from WikiHow
Just type in how to lose weight free apps into the search bar in the app store :)
