## What is Weight Loss Tracker MunchMate?

MunchMate is a calorie and macro tracker built to make daily food logging simple. Log a meal manually, scan a barcode, recognize food from a photo, or describe what you ate to your AI food coach.

TRACK YOUR DAY
Track calories, protein, carbs, fat, fibre, sugar, water, and weight. Set nutrition targets for your body and goals, browse recipes with ingredients and cooking instructions, and log a serving from a recipe.

SEE YOUR PROGRESS
Review your food history, streaks, and calorie trends over 7, 30, or 90 days.

OPTIONAL APPLE HEALTH
Connect Apple Health to compare calories consumed with active and resting energy burned. Health data stays on your iPhone and is not sent to our server or AI. Missing data is shown as unavailable. Your food target is not automatically increased by exercise calories.

MUNCHMATE PRO
A Pro subscription is required to use MunchMate after account setup. Purchase and restore are available in the app. AI meal generation includes up to 5 suggestions per day. Prices and subscription terms are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple account settings.

YOUR ACCOUNT
Choose your preferred tone and units. Delete your account and its server data from Settings whenever you wish. Cancelling an App Store subscription is a separate action in your Apple account settings.
