## What is Weight Tracking Diary App?

The Weight Tracking Diary App is the most connected body weight monitoring app in the world, designed to simplify body weight management, track trends, and export reports. This smart weight tracking assistant enables users to log data manually or to automatically capture readings from over 120 supported body weight scales via Bluetooth, including BMI and over a dozen of body composition parameters. Additionally, the app can help track medication intake, blood pressure, heart and respiration rate.


The app has a clean and intuitive interface and works with or without registration. Users decide if they want to keep their health data on their smartphone only, or additionally back it up to MedM Health Cloud (https://health.medm.com).


Weight Tracking Diary App can log the following data types:

• Body weight with BMI and up to 16 body composition parameters
• Notes
• Medication Intake
• Blood Pressure
• Heart Rate
• Respiration Rate


The app’s data analysis tools enable users to see patterns in body weight fluctuations, take timely action and, when necessary, make lifestyle changes and routine adjustments accordingly.


The app is freemium, with the basic functionality available to all users. Premium Members, additionally, can sync select data types with other ecosystems (such as Apple Health, Garmin, and Fitbit), share access to their health data with other trusted MedM users (such as family members or caregivers), set up notifications for reminders, thresholds, and goals, as well as receive exclusive offers from MedM partners.


MedM follows all applicable best practices for data protection: the HTTPS protocol is used for cloud synchronisation, all health data is stored encrypted on securely hosted servers. Users exercise full control over their data and can at any time export and/or delete their health record.

Leider wurde nach vielen Jahren auf ein Premium Model umgestellt, jetzt zahlt man jeden Monat. Was ja grundsätzlich okay ist, aber anstatt neue Features hinzuzufügen um einen deutlichen Mehrwert zu bieten, wurden die einfachsten Features, wie Sync mit Apple Health, hinter eine Paywall gesteckt. Wenn man die App nur zusammen mit einer Smart Waage verwendet, bringt das Abo wirklich nicht viel. Für den gleichen Jahrespreis kann ich mir auch eine neue Waage von Eufy mit kostenloser App holen. Schade!

Разработчики, верните старую версию. При запуске появляется черный экран и лишь потом запускается приложение. Это может длится по разному от 5 сек до минуты. Исчезла аналитика ввиде строки снизу, указывающая о том на сколько похудел или поправился из расчета на месяц. Короче приложение испортили. Приложение стоит на iPhone xs.

Исправьте пожалуйста, до обновления приложение работало хорошо. Теперь пропало сравнение данных и не работает синхронизация.

### 4/5 — Приложение - лучшее, но иногда стало «сбоить».

После обновления до v. 2.11.574 приложение стало «сбоить» (SE-1, iOS 15.2.1): нажимаешь «Сохранить» (вручную заведённый результат) - приложение «сворачивается», хотя и сохраняет внесённый замéр. Появляется «лишняя» операция - развернуть и теперь уже окончательно закрыть. Не критично и не постоянно, но сбой есть сбой.

Несколько слов «не по теме».

Одно удивило - так мало отзывов к очень удобным в пользовании приложениям MedM. Не рекламирую, но лично сам поставил себе и родственникам. Хотел для Samsung подыскать «альтернативу» (ради интереса)… Куда там! - Опять выбор пал на приложения от этой Команды.

Допускаю, что ещё какую-нибудь недоработку найду. Но это уже мой перфекционизм «правит бал». :)

MedM Weight (Smart Weight Diary) app gets Weight and other measurements that stem from Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA), such as Lean Body Mass, Body Fat Percentage, from the smart scales via Bluetooth, calculates Body Mass Index (BMI), synchronizes the data with Apple Health (if enabled).

These days many appliances are manufactured in places that do not yet embrace the concept of privacy. Apps that come with many smart scales require that Health data is uploaded to those jurisdictions.

When choosing between different Bluetooth-equipped smart scales one looks at quality, convenience, Apple Health integration and privacy-friendliness of the mobile app. MedM Weight app that works with smart scales from many vendors respects privacy the same way as MedM Blood Pressure does, by keeping Health data locally on the device, if user prefers it that way. User interface is clean and easy to use.

Technical Support is very helpful.

After evaluating few apps provided by the manufacturers of the smart scales, I found it easier to simply buy the smart scales model supported by MedM Weight app.
