It has allowed me to track my weight loss and see my progress. It’s also great to keep me accountable as I’m able to look back at previous year’s data. You were founded on accurate and concise data. That’s what everyone wants managing weight and tracking trends. Yes, we’re only talking tenths of a pound, but that matters. I don’t want to be forced to choose between .5 increments to record my numbers.
