## What is Weighted?

Weighted is the strength logger for streetlifting and weighted calisthenics. Not a generic gym app with a pull-up bolted on.

Most tracking apps treat added weight as an afterthought. Weighted is built around it. Clip on a belt, add a plate, log the set in seconds, even with chalk on your hands.

WHY STREETLIFTERS SWITCH

• Weighted on everything. Add load to pull-ups, dips, muscle-ups, squats and more, without workarounds.
• Bodyweight and added weight as one curve. Weigh 75 kg and pull +20 kg? That is 95 kg of total load. Drop to 72 kg and that progress counts too.
• Variants are real exercises. Slow muscle-up, no-dip muscle-up, false grip, archer pull-up: each tracked on its own.
• RPE and RIR on every set, because heavy singles are where streetlifting is decided. Pick the scale you already use.
• Belt weight in under two seconds. Tap the stepper and you are logging again.

TRAIN AND TRACK

• A logger that keeps up with you: editable sets, rest timer, warm-up sets, no lag between reps.
• A progress graph of your real total load over time. Scrub it like a trading chart to read back any session.
• Personal records detected automatically, with a shareable PR card for the ones worth posting.
• Custom exercises with your own photo, and reusable templates for the sessions you repeat.
• Full history, daily streaks, weekly volume and your Main 4 records on one screen.
• kg or lbs. English, Dutch or Spanish.

THE MAIN 4

Pull-up, dip, muscle-up, squat. All weighted, all tracked the way streetlifting actually works.

YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS

No ads. Nothing sold, nothing shared, no advertising profile. Your training data lives on your device and syncs to your own private account, so a new phone never costs you your history. Six anonymous events tell us how the app is used, tied to a random device id and never to you, and the privacy policy lists exactly which ones. You can delete your account and everything in it from inside the app, permanently.

SUBSCRIPTION

Free for 7 days. After that Weighted Pro unlocks the full app, monthly or yearly. The App Store handles payment and you cancel in your account settings whenever you want.

## Version history (last 2 releases)

### 1.0.2 — 2026-08-09

A number of exercise animations were rebuilt from reference footage, including the muscle-up, straight bar dip and archer pull-up. Several exercises that were animating the wrong movement now show their own.

The template editor got a proper pass. Drag a card by its grip to reorder, swipe to delete, add notes to a template or to a single exercise, and set rest time in its own picker.

Signing out is no longer a dead end. The sign-in screen comes back the moment your session ends, so you can log back in or switch accounts.

Personal records are now rebuilt from your actual sets instead of a synced cache, so the numbers on your profile match your progression charts. Records from cancelled workouts no longer count, and syncing two devices no longer leaves duplicates behind.

If you delete the app and install it again, you now sign in before anything else happens. Your height, goal, units and language come back with your account instead of being replaced by a fresh onboarding.

Also: a fresh install no longer flashes the home screen before the app is ready, the paywall buttons show a spinner while a purchase goes through, the privacy policy is reachable from Settings, and the app opens without an internet connection.
