Not only are there several workouts to choose from, but there are also demonstration videos within the app to walk you through each exercise. Whether you have never worked out in a gym before or are simply looking to switch up your routine, Weightlosshero has a workout plan for you. 
 
Biblical Training: 
At Weightlosshero, we believe that heart work works. While you do not have to be a Christian to participate in the Weightlosshero program, we do offer Bible reading plans, devotional videos, and Biblically-based encouragement for women.  

Subscriptions: 
Weightlosshero is free to download and offers two subscription options, monthly and annual. Each option includes a 3-day trial. Weightlosshero subscribers gain full access to the app. Subscriptions will be charged to your credit card and will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24-hours before the next billing cycle.
