### 5/5 — New to weighted vests/weighted movement

*2026-10-22*

I recently started using a weighted vest while taking my dog on morning walks in an effort to get more out of the time I dedicate to working out. Using Weightpace to monitor my daily/weekly progress has been incredibly motivating and pushed me to move faster and push my limits! Highly recommend!
