(Inhalte Nachladen im free WLAN) Die „menschlichen Wegweiser“ waren dazu auch sehr nett ;-) ### 2/5 — Falschinformationen *2025-11-16, version 2.14.2* Eigentlich übersichtlich und aufgeräumt, spiegelt aber im Wesentlichen nur die Webseiten. Ich war extra für die Faust-Sonderausstellungen angereist und hatte mich dabei auf die Informationen hieraus verlassen. Am Studienzentrum der Herzogin Anna Amalia Bibliothek stand ich zuerst wegen Feiertags vor verschlossener Tür; beim zweiten Versuch Wochen später war die Ausstellung wegen Bauarbeiten vorübergehend geräumt. In der App wurde alles weiterhin als geöffnet und zugänglich angezeigt. Vor Ort durfte ich mir dann Sätze anhören wie: „Was in diesem Internet steht, wissen wir nicht, da gucken wir nicht rein.“ Als ich darauf nicht mit fröhlich-gutmütigem Verständnis reagierte, folgten an Stelle einer Entschuldigung noch pikierte Blicke. Es wirkt leider wie ein typisches Beispiel dafür, dass eine deutsche Organisation „eine App haben“ wollte, ohne verstanden zu haben, wofür sie da ist. ### 3/5 — Lost im Bauhaus-Museum *2025-10-04, version 2.14.2* An sich tolles Angebot, aber vor Ort fehlt die Orientierung, welche Audio-Begleitung sich in welchem Raum anbietet.
