I need to manage my mom’s meds and impossible to add her to my account as the app suggests I can do… it’s making me call a number to make a whole new account (requires information that we have, but says “no blah blah found…”). Oh, try seeing meds that you’ve submitted for renewal but need approval (they just disappear from the pending queue). The folks working there are the best—really great people! This app, on the other hand, is more of a liability than feature. The new app has categories for the various stages a script flows through, problem is that it never actually works. It doesn’t show when a medication is in process. It doesn’t show when a medication is ready for pickup. It seems to only utilize 2 categories: Ready for Refill and Filled. A script shouldn’t appear in the Filled category until it has shown up as Ready for Pickup, has physically been picked up, and then gets filed under Filled. Myself and 2 family members are now forced to call the automated system and/or call and speak to pharmacy employees for questions the app should be answering. Please fix this issue. Once we tap on our name/account a fail please try later message appears. It is informative and convenient. Two improvements for Weis Pharmacy would be: 1. The ability to remove or hide prescriptions that are no longer used and, 2.
