## What is Welba?

Welba is for individuals, organisations and charities to host, set and track challenges across a wide range of activities spanning physical, well-being, the environment, community and nutrition.

Welba uses HealthKit to integrate with the Apple Health app, allowing you to import and display your exercise or workout activity on your Challenge and Personal profiles within Welba. Welba users can also record activity in the app, capturing time spent doing challenges and distance covered where applicable. 

Keep track of your team's progress and watch in realtime the impact you've achieved. Whether you want to challenge friends or colleagues to go petrol free for a week, run 5km every day for a month or meditate for 10 minutes every other day, the goals, frequency and duration of any challenge are in your control. 

For the more competitive amongst you, keep an eye on your place on the Leaderboard.

Each challenge you set or join can be for the challenge itself or for one of 17,000+ charities. Set a fundraise target and invite friends, family and colleagues to sponsor you.
