In many tourist destinations charge a vistor`s tax.The communitirs need this tax for keeping up their infrastructure: After all, the visitors benefit from clean shores, neat parks, promenades, sports and game events, and much more. But that costs a lot of money – money the communities cannot provide completely. This is why they charge the visitor`s tax. But paying the tax can be annoying and cumbersome. In the high season, there tend to be crowds at the tax ticket vending machines, you need the right coins to feed the machine, and you have to keep the slip if checked. Es fehlen auch moderne Zahlungsmöglichkeiten wie Paypal oder ApplePay. Schade… ### 1/5 — Absurde *2025-01-28* Nous autres français pensions être les rois des délires administratifs kafkaïens. Je m’aperçois que l’Allemagne devient à son tour un royaume de l’absurde.. Cette « Kurtaxe » est extrêmement compliquée pour les touristes. Votre application pour le paiement qui s’appelle WELCMapp (Welcome to pay more with maximum annoyance) est compliquée et probablement illégale puisqu’elle me réclame mon numéro de passeport alors qu’une carte d’identité devrait suffire pour un citoyen de l’Union Européenne. D’évidence il valait mieux confier le recouvrement de cette taxe ridicule aux hôteliers afin de ne pas casser les pieds aux touristes qui ont la gentillesse d’apprécier l’Allemagne. Zum Gluck töttet Spott nicht ### 4/5 — Apple Wallet funktioniert nicht *2024-07-21, version 1.15.0* Die App hat ja schon einige Zeit auf dem Buckel aber sie ist kompliziert und wenn nichtmals die Wallet funktion richtig läuft, werde ich die App letzte mal nutzen. ### 1/5 — Eine seltsame und aus meiner Sicht nicht sonderlich benutzerfreundliche App *2024-06-26, version 1.15.0* Ich musste den Vorgang mehrere Male starten und auch die Überweisung hat erst im dritten Anlauf funktioniert. Da gehe ich doch lieber vor Ort zur Touristeninformation, spreche mit einem hoffentlich freundlichen Menschen und kläre solche Angelegenheiten auf diese Art. Kostet zwar etwas mehr Mühe, aber dafür funktioniert es wahrscheinlich ohne technische Schwierigkeiten. ### 2/5 — Idee gut, Umsetzung bietet noch sehr viel Potential *2024-01-26, version 1.15.0* Warum werden die Möglichkeiten der Datenübernahme von IPhone sowie Zahlungsabwicklung von Apple nicht genutzt????? Um persönliche Daten und Zahlung geht es doch hier. Warum also so kompliziert??? Warum kann eine Gästekarte die noch nicht bezahlt wurde nicht nochmal angepasst werden??? ### 2/5 — Guter Ansatz - Schlechte Umsetzung *2023-10-20, version 1.15.0* Der Ansatz die Gästekarten zu digitalisieren ist gut, aber die Umsetzung schlecht. Dir Karten können nicht in das Wallet überführt werden, man muss ständig eine Internetverbindung haben um auf die Karten zugreifen zu können, man kann die Karten nicht auf mehreren Geräten gleichzeitig hinterlegen und die Vorteile die man nutzen kann sind auch extrem Ausbaufähig. Die wirklichen Touristenmagneten sind nicht dabei. ### 2/5 — Schrott *2023-08-20, version 1.15.0* Erst dachte ich: tolle App, bis ich die Funktionen nutzen wollte. Passwort wird nicht gespeichert, Passwortwiederherstellung verbuggt, Gästekarte auf anderen Nutzer übertragen ist eine Katastrophe, und noch einiges mehr. Zumutung das Teil. ### 2/5 — Umständlich *2023-04-28, version 1.15.0* Versuche der Übernahme der Daten einer früheren Gästekarte scheitern. Man muss eine ID und eine PIN eingeben!? Die geforderte „Gästekarten-ID“ heißt auf der Karte „Tax-ID“, hat aber nicht das gleiche Format. Und wozu man hier eine PIN braucht, ist unklar. Also 4 Gäste neu manuell eingeben - super, wenn man mal eine halbe Stunde nix zu tun hat. ### 2/5 — Amateurhafte App, die aber grundsätzlich funktioniert *2023-04-09, version 1.15.0* Diese App steht symbolhaft für viele Digitalisierungsprojekte in Deutschland: Gut, dass es sie gibt und dass man jetzt Kurtaxe und Meldeschein darüber erledigen kann. Leider zeigt die UX aber, dass die App nicht sehr professionell designt wurde. Besonders ist mir aufgefallen: Das Teilen von Gästekarten mit anderen ist sehr umständlich: Warum erst ein Button, um Email abzuwählen, so dass man im nächsten Schritt erst WhatsApp oder anderes auswählen kann? Warum wird die PIN nicht gleich mitgeteilt und steht auch nicht in der App? Warum wird nur der Code geteilt und nicht ein Link, der die Gästekarte gleich automatisch übernimmt? Warum kann man eine geteilte Gästekarte auf dem Empfängerhandy nicht in die Apple Wallet übernehmen? Warum braucht der Empfänger überhaupt einen Account? ### 2/5 — Umständliche Dateneingabe *2023-04-08, version 1.15.0* Die Dateneingabe ist für mehrere Personen eher kompliziert und bei der Bezahlung wird man auf eine externe Seite weitergeleitet und muss dort nochmal alles angeben.
