### 1/5 — Not intuitive, faulty app

The app is not at all intuitive. It took ages to log in and connect my device. Once it was set up after I received the first call it “removed my device” but refused to let me add it without removing it even though nothing appears on the paired list. An endless headache with no support. Would never use it if my building wasn’t wired with this system.

It doesn’t stop ringing even you answer the door trough another app or through ABB touch panel. Now it stoped working at all. The minute you click on the app to see who is at the door, it simply crashes. There is another very similar review above and seems like no one cares to respond. Smart house solution with silly apps is not nice.

Not working again following ios upgrade to 14.7.1
ABB need to up their games and provide their customers with an app that keeps working despite ios upgrades.
Not sure when I’ll be able to answer the door with my iphone again. Last time it stopped working, it took 12 months for ABB to come with the upgrade. So disapointing for such expensive equipement.

Unable to connect/pair my indoor station to my WiFi, which apparently can only be done through this app. I keep getting the message”make sure the indoor station and mobile device are on the same network”, which they are. I must have tried 10 times.  No help line or FAQ’s are available.

Hi there. Since the last firmware upgrade, I am unable to connect to video intercom remotely through this app. Previous version was working absolutely fine. I cannot seem to downgrade the firmware to previous version. Please release the new version with a fix ASAP!!

If you’re on a call the app crashes when you try to view your door. Isn’t smart enough to put the call on hold, or even provide an error message. What app developer allows their app to crash, knowingly, during what has to be a major use case issue? Very clunky / outdated overall UX - slow to display video. These guys did not invest in thoughtful design. 

Would not recommend.

Cannot turn off notifications. Not from the App itself nor from the Notifications. Using iPhone 10. 
Annoying as my phone rings with every door bell and i cannot stop the notifications.

The app is hard to navigate, but most of all it works incredibly poorly. The video never loads quickly, which forces us to open the door prior to actually seeing who it is. Several times the app would throw random error messages preventing you from actually opening the door prior. One whole afternoon we remained locked out of the house because the app didn’t work. Stay away from this system if you can avoid it.

Terrible gate system and zero customer support. It’s shocking that a company like ABB treats customers like this. The system simply does not work.

Not even able to use the camera through the map to look outside by the entry of the door where they ring.

My building chose this inferior Chinese built system over “ Butterfly MX” because one of the coop owners was friendly with the local locksmith .
This system is terrible, the interface buggy and impossible to navigate

1) does not send ANY notifications when there’s an incoming call, so I missed EVERYONE who tried to get in. What’s the purpose of having such an app then? Just to keep a record of all the missed calls?! 2) does not allow silent viewing of the camera feed, it forces an increase in volume no matter what you do, so good luck trying to quickly open the door for someone while in meetings/in library/in lectures, because everyone will hear whoever is outside your door. 3) it has many tabs but they basically do the same thing, and it looks like it was developed in the 2000s. Performs like it was the 2000s too, laggy and unintuitive.

Unreal how confusing this app is to use and what things mean.  I basically became a data scientist to figure out how to link everything; why is it so complicated.  Stopped getting notifications when someone rings the bell, so, defeats the whole purpose.  Wish to the high heavens my building had something besides this...

Very poor app that isn’t fit for purpose. The whole idea for having such a gate system is ease of use. I am unable to open my gate to visitors or parcels when away from home. This is shocking from a company like ABB who claim to be one of the best on the market. No satisfactory customer service, technical support or response to any email enquires. Avoid ABB solely for this reason.

I was able to follow instructions on my wall panel and in app to pair to the device. UI is definitely clunky but it gets the core thing right - shows me video feed and allows me to unlock. I dont need it to be pretty or more intuitive theres literally one button and function.

The application is good except it is annoying if someone from the family used it to open the door all the family users are getting the call. Hope just to receive a call if someone press the bell out side the door only.

While I can open the gate I never see the video whi h defeats the purpose. 
If I go back in it says it's busy. 
If I open the app without a caller, I can see the video. 
I keep hoping for an update.

I bought this to open the door from work for deliveries now that remote work has ended. 

When I am in a meeting:

BEEEEEEEEPOOOOOOOOP - I put the phone in silent and see who is on camera 

As soon as the video comes up BEEEEEEEPOOOOOOOPP AGAIN $&@@$@@
Even in silent mode!!! Even if the phone is on silent mode from the beginning the horrific doorbell rings when you open the video to see who is buzzing. Awful design 

Did anyone test this in their own house before releasing it? 

Two stars because at least my packages are not stolen anymore since they can open the door and leave it inside
