## What is Welcome Kit Pro?

Welcome Kit Pro turns your rental's address into a polished, guest-ready welcome book in about a minute.

Enter your property address and choose a theme. Welcome Kit Pro finds your neighborhood for you — nearby restaurants, things to do, and everyday essentials, with ratings — while you fill in the things only you know: check-in steps, WiFi, house rules, and parking. About a minute later you have a complete welcome kit for your guests:

• A print-ready PDF welcome book to leave in the home
• A live mobile guidebook your guests open on their phone
• A QR code that links straight to the guidebook

Built for Airbnb, Vrbo, and short-term rental hosts who want to look professional, cut down on "how do I…" messages, and give every guest a five-star arrival.

WHAT YOU GET
• Address-to-book in minutes — no design skills needed
• Four designer themes: Modern Minimal, Coastal, Cabin, and Classic B&W
• A local guide built from your address — restaurants, things to do, and essentials nearby, with ratings and walking distances, so you never type a list of recommendations
• Print PDF + digital guidebook + QR code for every property
• Add your own photos to the cover and a "Your Home" page
• Manage up to 25 properties in one place — one subscription covers them all, with no per-listing charge
• Subscribers can edit any book anytime: change the door code between guests, update the WiFi, swap a photo, rename or drop a suggested spot — it republishes instantly and the QR code you already printed keeps working
• Secure sign-in; delete your account and data whenever you want

WHY HOSTS LOVE IT
Guests get everything they need the moment they arrive — check-in instructions, WiFi, house rules, and the neighborhood's best spots — without texting you. You get fewer questions, better reviews, and a welcome book that looks like you hired a designer.

SIMPLE PRICING
Your first welcome book is free — keep the print PDF and neighborhood graphic, with a 14-day live preview of the guest guidebook. A subscription keeps every guidebook and QR code online, includes up to 50 new welcome books a month and unlimited editing: $9.99/month or $79.99/year (four months free), and one plan covers up to 25 properties on your account — on iPhone and on the web.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.
