「Welcomeチャンス！」アプリは、抽選会の参加だけではなく競走馬ポスターなどもみることができる、初心者の方から競馬ファンまで幅広く楽しんでいただけます！
さらに、ポイントシステムを導入し、ポイントをためるとONE MORE CHANCEチケットを得ることができます。

〈抽選会の参加方法〉
競馬場に来て、位置情報をONにすると、参加可能！
賞品は当日中に競馬場内で引換となります。
さらに、はずれた場合にはONE MORE CHANCEチケットを使用すると抽選ができます。
（ONE MORE CHANCEチケットはポイントがたまるともらえます。）
※原則開催競馬場で実施。（パークウインズで実施する場合は別途押お知らせします）

〈ポイントのため方〉
抽選に参加すると必ずもらえます。
さらに、初回参加時や複数競馬場来場などでも獲得できます。

全国の競馬場のウェルカムスタンプを集めようと、都内住まいですが東京を初めとして京都、阪神、小倉に足を運びました。次はどこに行こうかなと楽しい悩みを抱えていたところ、アップデートの通知が来たので促されるままアプデ。更新後に初回アンケートが表示され……イヤな予感がしましたが、回答を進めたところ嫌な予感通りアプリ内が全て初期化されていました。集めていたウェルカムスタンプがまっさらに。貯めていたポイントもゼロ。電話番号認証は切れていないのに。スタンプがあとひとつで埋まるような状況で同じようなことがあれば心が折れてしまいそうなので、スタンプラリー気分での遠征は避け、本当に見たいレースのみ遠征しようと思います。せめてもの救いはチケットでの抽選を引き切っていたことです。
