Weld bead analysis, now right in your pocket. WeldLens is an instant weld bead analyzer tool, powered by AI. It provides a clear, easy-to-understand assessment of each weld at the click of a button, right from your mobile, eliminating subjective visual analysis and without the need for expensive and complex equipment.

Upload a photo of your weld, input details like weld process, metal type, thickness, joint type, and position. Click. It’s that simple. 
The app gives both numerical scores and a detailed analysis across multiple parameters.
