I didn’t find the tracking and goal setting to be helpful as they weren’t tangible or tracked. The only notifications are when you get a message from your coach or have a video to watch. The coach was awesome! Just the fact that i have to pay for that service as well as an app that will do the rest isn’t a format Im interested in.
