The organization of this app feels very bad. There is a stack of miscellaneous “cards” on the home page, some of them vital, some of them veiled ad campaigns. No unsubscribe functionality. Vaguely predatory.

If you want to converse with your health coach and watch limited videos, this is it! I didn’t find the tracking and goal setting to be helpful as they weren’t tangible or tracked. The only notifications are when you get a message from your coach or have a video to watch.
The coach was awesome! Just the fact that i have to pay for that service as well as an app that will do the rest isn’t a format Im interested in. Would probably be a good fit for someone else.
