Well Man, an initiative of selectability, is focused in improving mental, physical and social wellbeing and working to prevent suicide by encouraging self-responsibility, positivity, resilience and social connection in boys and men.

If you are wanting to make positive changes in your life but have no idea where to start, fear not, the Well Man app will supply you with information, inspiration, practical tips and life skills to better cope with life and improve your overall wellbeing.
