I now have to phone/email my doctor every single time I want to see a result. With the previous app it would automatically appear once doc had released it. Something fundamentally wrong with the sync/link capabilities.

When you change email addresses, you have to delete the app and reinstall. Once I did this, prescription notifications continued to be sent to the old email address. There is ZERO human support for this app for end users. My medical practice claims to have  had no training in it.

I’ve just submitted a repeat request, I’ve been on the same combination for years, could you put in a ‘Repeat Previous’ option please.
Otherwise app works well and is easy to use. Well done.
