## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Zero Confidence in it’s accuracy

*2022-06-03*

I’ve been given access to this through my work. I’m a non-smoking, non-drinking, non-coffee drinking diabetic who therefore does not drink sugary drinks or fruit juice. Yet the app’s ‘scientific method’ rates my self control as the lowest it can, and tells me I’m far below other users.

With ratings like this how I’m can I trust any other calculated metric.

In addition compared to similar apps. I’m unimpressed with the privacy policy and am left with the impression this is more a data mining tool rather than a health app.

### 1/5 — Not Reading Data in my Apple Health app

*2020-05-14*

All my data is recorded here. I’ve tried syncing but it won’t show my steps or workouts or anything from my Health app. Not going to input it manually. And the link to Support is broken. No one has time for this.

### 2/5 — Activity for a challenge only counted after you join

*2024-01-02*

A point of frustration with this app is that the activity for a challenge is only counted after you join the challenge ge - it doesn’t count activity beforehand. For some reason, I wasn’t seeing a challenge before it started even though I had received an email. When I joined, a few days after, none of my activity from the start date was counted. Not a big deal since I don’t take the step challenges seriously, but it’s still annoying.

### 2/5 — Frustrating

*2020-08-11*

Really frustrating as this app doesn’t always pick up the information from my Fitbit. Sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn’t. I have another app that picks everything up with no problem. I’ve raised it with the administrator and they are investigating but no feedback at all. What is the point?

### 2/5 — Need a lot of work

*2020-06-01*

GPS accuracy is way off. Too many messages. Posts partial workouts. Mapping of workouts is not smooth. Like a kid drew it with a crayon and a ruler.

### 3/5 — Health Score tracking

*2021-06-13*

Score goes down even though synced fitness device is tracking greater activity.

### 3/5 — Outdated

*2020-06-13*

Obviously written pre-covid. Too many repetitive answers. Doesn’t allow you to ask questions and explain your answers.

### 3/5 — Good Start

*2020-06-05*

I love the ability to manually track many different exercises, but feel the list is insufficient. Would like to also see better variety on coach questions. Also, wish I could manually enter steps as don’t always have phone on me physically during most of the day. Good start, keep making improvements and this will excel!

### 4/5 — Good but needs fixes

*2020-06-06*

Some questions keep repeating on a loop even when answered. Needs to be fixed. Can manually enter workouts, which is good but needs to register and align with goals, which is doesn’t. For example, adding goal of x steps but when entering walking manually, only allows tracking in kilometers, not steps.

### 5/5 — Wellbeing track

*2024-12-02*

The best app to measure an track wellbeing activity.

## Most praised reviews (1 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Well One App: indispensable Coach

*2023-01-20*

Imagine having this friend that no matter what, is there to pump you up and motivates you to achieve your goals…that’s Well One App. A fantastic tool to keep record of where you are and where you want to be, not only through data-based statistics, but through videos, podcasts and relevant health information. All those components are strategically aligned to improve your financial, mental, social, and physical wellbeing. Its impact maximizes when used as tracking tool in any corporate wellbeing program and combined with it’s personalized "Wellbeing Site". It’s excellent to unite people from different parts of the world and cultures, since you can participate in global challenges and share thoughts, pictures, locations, and achievements. One of my proudest achievements is the “International”, where in 2022, I registered movement in 5 different countries. Challenge yourself and try it out.
