Fantastic app… ‘Well Planned' has some awesome unique features like energy level estimation and a ton of customization abilities that make daily organization feel way more manageable. The interface is great, and clicking that checkbox to finish a task is incredibly satisfying. Definitely my new go-to for staying on track!

I’ve cycled through every productivity app out there and always ended up back to a paper planner because nothing ever stuck. Well Planned changed that. Having tasks, calendar, notes, and goals all in one place sounds obvious, but the execution here is what sets it apart. Everything flows naturally and I’m not constantly switching between apps just to manage my day.

The Travel Planner pack is genuinely useful – I used it to coordinate a trip and it handled packing lists, itinerary, and reservations without feeling clunky. The home screen widgets are something I actually use instead of ignoring like I do with every other app.
What I appreciate most is the privacy-first approach. No account required to get started, data stays local unless you want cloud sync. That’s the right default.

Family Sharing works exactly as advertised and has made coordinating household logistics much simpler.
If you’ve given up on digital planners, give this one a real shot. It’s the rare app that was clearly built by someone who actually uses it.
