Regarding it’s use by my GP service to provide outreach services, it’s a rip-off and the GP who did my consult was negligent in his practise…paying the full face-to-face fee to send messages back and forth to a GP who can’t be bothered using basic interviewing skills is appalling! My wife also experienced an issue when she requested a repeat of a long-standing prescription through the app only to have it declined! You can do your work at the same time. ### 1/5 — BOOK ELSEWHERE TERRIBLE SERVICE. *2022-11-14, version 4.15.62* These people advertise that they can do urgent scrips and medical certificate for off work..well they don’t…I waited in a que to see a doctor for over an hour and he ended up message me asking what the appointment was for i said i need urgent scripts and a medical certificate..he asked what scripts i needed so i sent my list of about six items…two seconds later i get a message back saying i can’t do the scripts…he gave me a bogus excuse he didn’t even bother with my medical certificate not one of my scripts were restricted so there was no reason for not doing them i had everything ready to show him when he called me on skype i had my last blood test which was done two weeks ago and any other proof or relevant notes he may require..but he couldn’t even be bothered skyping me for my appointment …im guessing it was because it was almost 9.30pm and he really couldn’t be bothered….Because it was so late i missed the after hours doctor which i could of walked in and physically seen them and not have got stressed out… these people advertise you can see a doctor from the comfort of your own home it’s not true…You would think with all the competitors out there offering this service they would want to do better…don’t waste your time your money and your energy dealing with well revolution…There are other online doctors you can use that have 5 star reviews use them i wish i did. ### 1/5 — Unhelpful *2022-11-11, version 4.15.62* Doctor was unhelpful. Needed a basic prescription for antibiotic ear drops for my child - known chronic ear infections and has grommets. Unable to prescribe ear drops. Initially offered oral antibiotics and then didn’t respond when asked what ones it would be and closed the consultation telling me he needed a physical review and labs??? ### 5/5 — Amazing *2022-10-06, version 4.15.60* Fantastic service. Super relieving to know there’s this option when my GP is booked out weeks in advance. ### 1/5 — One star for the customer service team *2022-09-30, version 4.15.60* Customer service team were amazing, responded quickly and got me sorted right away. Unfortunately the experience with the actual doctor was far from satisfactory. I started my consult around 10.30am and she didn’t respond until 3pm. I responded right away and received no response until I contacted customer services 24 hours later to see what was going on. She didn’t offer me any possible diagnosis, or suggestions for self-treatment, or follow-up advice post prescription. Instead the only thing she said was “do you want antibiotics?” - I don’t know, I’m not a doctor, do YOU think I should take antibiotics? So, I said yes if she thinks they will help but please give me a non-penicillin based antibiotic as I have had allergic reactions to penicillin before. 24 hours later (after contacting customer services) she sends me a prescription which I took to the pharmacy. After leaving the pharmacy I realised she had prescribed be a penicillin-based antibiotic which I had specifically asked her to avoid. I couldn’t be bothered following up again and decided to see a real doctor instead, which I will do from now on. Unfortunately I’ve had a terrible experience since. Contacted them through the chat on a Saturday, it is now Tuesday afternoon with no response yet. I have tried starting another new chat, a chat with their support team, AND tried emailing with still no reply?! According to their website it’s meant to be a 7 day a week guaranteed same-day response. Ended up having to go through my normal GP and paying a fee which defeats the purpose of paying for this membership. Really really frustrated, annoyed and angry. Will be cancelling my membership (if anyone ever replies to me!!). ### 1/5 — Dangerous prescribing *2025-11-25, version 4.15.62* Prescribed Estrogen patches without progesterone to protect uterine lining which can lead to uterine cancer, then proceeded to falsy prescribe double the dose of progesterone indicated. I can only thing the poor GP had multiple chats open at the same time to make such mistakes. Make a mistake trying to upload a photograph and you will find you are unable to access another photo. Putting in my address and my doctor’s surgery name was also difficult - I had to put in my details more than once for the ‘next’ button to appear. Altogether hopeless. Unfortunately, I will have to ring my doctor every time I want to make an appointment, get a repeat prescription or get a test result. If your clinic is booked out 4 weeks like mine and it’s basically impossible to get the medication you need then this app is genuinely life changing, I went from having to wait between 1-4 weeks for medication to usually same day prescriptions. So if you’re someone like me that needs something simple like antihistamines or antibiotics then this app would be life changing.
