## What is Well?

Thanks to the Well-body Home app you can train at home or outdoors thanks to Well-Body wireless technology.

With just 20 minutes a week you will achieve exceptional results.

Programs of all types are available that will allow you to achieve your goals.

With the remote trainer feature you can train with the help of your trainer without physically being in the same place. The trainer will be able to connect to your device and directly adjust the EMS generator settings.
