They have to fix something on the backend that doesn’t require going to the App Store and updating the app every single time you open it. Whether it’s a couple of days later or a week later, it always requires an update. It’s super annoying. ### 1/5 — Easier to order on website *2026-06-02* This app is so frustrating. The search bar produces unhelpful results. Finding shades is annoying as a lot of them are not in order. Does not save payment method for easier checkout. Most products don’t have any information on how to use. Promotions are confusing. Not straightforward to use and today I can’t log in, won’t recognise password so have changed it and still cannot get in.
