But now I can’t add anything in the cart, tried to reinstall and still nothing. ### 1/5 — Updates *2024-05-31, version 1.11.7* Every time I go to use the app I can’t get into it until it has been updated. I log in probably 3 or 4 times a month and every time I have to up date. Also the screen is very small. It just freezes and says to use the new app which HAS NEVER WORKED PROPERLY and has ALOT of missing shades especially noticeable in Color Touch. Deleted the app and will just use the website or the good old shade chart. Do better. Also where are the new shades. Absolutely loved the old app with its shade chart features and now can’t access it at all. Such a shame ### 2/5 — dang *2023-07-10* so i’m trying to just look at the price of a bleach powder from the wella company to compare prices. and i can’t look at it the prices because you have to try to buy it first to know the price. so i just spent 10 minutes on making an account to try to add it to my cart, but then it was like the website was frozen, but it wasn’t. i could look at other products and it would load normally, i just couldn’t add anything into the cart. so i downloaded this app to see if i could figure out something else, and now i know that it’s out of stock. it’s just kinda disappointing to not know the original price of the product. :( but i heard the product i was looking at, is a really good one for damage control, used by professionals. i’ll just find it somewhere else 🏃 **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback! They have to fix something on the backend that doesn’t require going to the App Store and updating the app every single time you open it. Whether it’s a couple of days later or a week later, it always requires an update. It’s super annoying. ### 1/5 — Easier to order on website *2026-06-02* This app is so frustrating. The search bar produces unhelpful results. Finding shades is annoying as a lot of them are not in order. Does not save payment method for easier checkout. Most products don’t have any information on how to use. Promotions are confusing. Not straightforward to use and today I can’t log in, won’t recognise password so have changed it and still cannot get in. Sure there’s some bugs where you need to reload the app in order for it to work properly again. However if you’ve been with Wella for 5+ years you’ll appreciate this app. When you forget to do an order cause it gets busy you can easily do it on your phone on the way home from work. It’s also very easy to quickly add something in the app whilst youre mixing up colour and something runs out. You think oh we need to order that!
