Why can’t you get an app or website that works?!! Deleting it. ### 1/5 — Crashes *2023-09-21, version 1.02* Every time I try to open the app it crashes. ### 1/5 — Worse than ever *2023-09-02* Looked like it was logging me in right after I submitted verification code, but then it closed out, and now it keeps automatically closing every time I click on the app. I never had these problems when it was Medico. I get as far as a page that has create an account or login that shows privacy policy and terms of condition. Then it kicks me out. But if I try and login on my computer I can get in. I wrote back AGAIN, to the developer again, providing my email address, name, phone number and the issue with the app. Haven’t heard from them again. This app STINKS. It does NOT FUNCTION. Medico was NEVER like this and assistance from them was always immediate. I will be seriously considering cancelling my subscription for insurance from this company if I cannot use the app to conduct business. —————————- It appears that your app wants to open in Safari. I do not use Safari. When I copy and paste the address that the app uses into Google Chrome, I get access. I’m not about to jump through hoops every time I need to get a question answered. You sent me a letter stating that my last payment was “unhonored”. But, the one time I was able to actually get into the site, my payment for April is indicated as paid under the payments tab!
