Using a garmin and the app doesn’t count all my steps can miss anywhere from 5-7k steps a day. I was very excited to participate in my community fitness challenge but this technical issue with the app has ruined it. I tried troubleshooting and explaining the issue via their technical support but they brushed off my concerns and weren’t helpful at all. A heads up to those who have or plan to use Fitbit with this app, I would avoid this app. ### 1/5 — Fix your points tracking *2026-04-04, version 4.4.17* My company is doing a fitness challenge using this app. It’s the worst. You only need 6000 steps a day to receive max points. However, if you track an exercise you get less points and have to do MORE steps and work to get max points. For example, 6000 steps equals max points of 1500. If you track exercise you get like 200 points even if in that exercise you get 6000 steps. So dumb. ### 1/5 — Does not Sync Well *2026-03-09, version 4.4.16* The app is supposed to take my steps from the Apple app, however it only registered a quarter of the Apple app steps.
