I use Wellbeats as part of my company's wellness program. I have it integrated with Personify Health which our company uses to track our progress. The Wellbeats app is SO SO SO bad at tracking my video views that even after spending 20+ minutes participating in a fitness video it fails to record it. This has happened so many times now that I give up. Deleted the app today. Good riddance!

I love the variety of classes and the features to join programs and schedule… but the app keeps crashing and I can’t actually use it. Guess it’s back to the website which lags and is just a pain to use too. Wish this app worked well, has a lot of potential.

Trash app by a trash company. Delete this. It won’t let you log in. Doesn’t connect for hours. Wasted time. Support will send you back to your sponsor program. The sponsor program sends you to them. They don’t care. Just ask apple to delete this from the store. It should be illegal to waste time like this.

I have been a employee since March, it worked for 2 months and now does not want to log me in. I have logged in via computer but never will login from my phone just keep getting error messages.

Put some more work into the app and bugs.

Completely unable to log in on the app through the sponsor access. The support team doesn’t have a number and only replies to emails every other day. I do not feel like they are trying to solve the issues.

It's a pretty good app for fitness and wellness classes offered through employer benefits. The app has been pretty disappointing to use. It will never connect to AirPlay it just spins and spins. I've tried numerous approaches & the support team just sends me basic install instructions and says it's an issue on my end with my phone. I want to use it but it's less than ideal to take a class looking at your tiny 2x4in phone
