The app, unfortunately, could do with some work. For example, when switching between live radio and on demand, the audio streams overlap, meaning you have to manually stop one of them. Instead of it being soothing with a name like wellbeing it’s quite annoying. When I came across their radio station online before their app I found it quite refreshing and very enjoyable to listen to that I could listen to it all day but now with the constant announcements I can’t listen to it for more than 30 minutes to the point that I find it quite irritating even my partner does not like station when I have it on speaker. Not sure what the purpose is with all the frequent announcements since I am aware of what radio station I am listening to. I also felt suckered in to purchasing this app thinking I would not get the constant announcements but the announcements are on this app as the we-browser site. Also, I left a few comments/feedback on my experience on their app about all of this and they were deleted as I couldn’t find my feedback to them and there was also no response to my questions and feedback ... at least an acknowledgement of receipt and mentioning of reviewing the feedback would have been better than none. Why offer a message us feature?!
