With such a buggy system I’m surprised they released this app considering people deposit money here. Not only does it make it easier to navigate, but the tiny font that helps you figure out your own problems and navigate the app is actually visible. Instead of red letters your brain wants to ignore, it’s not only kind to my eyes but has helped me organize my pockets as well. It really makes banking a lot easier. On top of that, every time I’ve visited a branch, the staff has been friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They take the time to answer questions and make sure you have everything you need. It’s refreshing to find a bank that combines great technology with excellent customer service.
