Down loaded & almost everything is in another language so what good is it when u can’t even read it.  If it’s going to be in multiple languages there should be a way to change it but I saw none so all u see is very little in English so don’t bother.

Yeah- this is a really bad app. Hard to use. No good information. Don’t bother.

Visited WellCare pharmacy at Old airport to get some item but got informed only one peice available that too online. Placed an order and it was clearly stated estimated delivery time 3-4 hours 

Eventhough item cost just 3 Riyal but paid 10 riyals through online due to urgency 

After couple of hours got the response through what’s app item is out of stock and will deliver next day 

When I inquired about why the order accepted when it was out of stock, instead sorry about not delivering the urgent item on time customer agent was arguing 

You have to set the standard for the customer service who represent one of the famous pharmacy

Routinely does not being up costs for routine widely used prescriptions for BP.  Not worth the money spent.

Can’t even register cause fixed area code of 974 there.  So it’s giving me who knows where to try sign up.  Don’t even know location but looks like another country.  Any other apps for WellCare seem same.  Chinese don't know.  Seems as though the people with customer service outside country developed apps for WellCare too.  Like for their country and language.  Good lord.  Glad switched back to humana and only got stuck with WellCare for one month.   People just know can change to another plan til March 31 as well as change to 5 star plan anytime of year.  Humana gold is 5 star.  I personally am not crazy about humana, why I tried a change but lord have mercy this horrible customer service and apps and overall feel totally in dark with wellcare because it’s more geared to other languages and countries it seems.  Don’t know why.  So I switched back to humana gold because can’t deal with WellCare.
