I’m grateful for the blessing of the additional funds each month, but very frustrated with the app! I’m 28 years old and trying to set up my mother’s app so we can view her balance and scan in the store. I’ve been in the store having to basically guess what is acceptable due to this app not working. There are times where we had to take items back at the checkout.
