## What is Wellcare?

Khám từ xa Wellcare là ứng dụng cho sức khỏe giúp bạn khám và tư vấn với bác sĩ tin cậy qua hình thức gọi thoại hoặc gọi video. Sau khi tư vấn hoàn tất, bác sĩ sẽ gửi dặn dò và toa thuốc (nếu có) qua bệnh án điện tử của bạn.

Bác sĩ trên hệ thống Wellcare là những bác sĩ có đầy đủ chứng chỉ hành nghề, có nhiều năm kinh nghiệm, đang công tác tại các bệnh viện lớn hay phòng khám Quốc tế và được cộng đồng y khoa đánh giá cao về năng lực chuyên môn và y đức.

Hiện Wellcare có hơn 100 bác sĩ với 50 chuyên khoa, nổi bật như:

Tôi có book appointment 10 phút với bác sỹ để xin tư vấn cho chồng tôi sau khi anh bị bỏng bô. Tôi cũng đã đóng 300 nghìn đồng phí tư vấn và appointment vào lúc 1040 sáng. Tôi gọi vào appointment lúc 1040 thì không có người nào nhấc máy cả. Vậy là tôi đã mất 300 nghìn oan và không nhận lại đc bất cứ dịch vụ gì cả.

App ổn và hiện đại, thân thiện với người dùng và giao diện đẹp. Nhưng một điểm cần khác phục là chỗ ghi giờ hẹn với bác sĩ. Cần sửa lại chỗ ghi múi giờ “GMT+” cho đúng với đất nước của bệnh nhân vì giờ và GMT không khớp nhau khiến tôi xém bị lộn giờ.
