Recording incorrect weight, incorrect steps, incorrect everything. And my insurance requires me to use this app to keep getting my prescriptions and now I am afraid something will get declined. Have no idea how to deal with all these issues. The app closes immediately when I attempt to open it. I’ve deleted and tried to re install and it’s having the same issue . When it works, it’s almost acceptable. Sure, I’ve never been able to get the doctor connection feature to work, and my doctor isn’t listed. Maybe I should try again. Update: I’ve deleted the app and still get harassed by text message to use it despite unsubscribing from texts multiple times. Makes this app feel like malware, unpleasant! Another Update: Got another text from this company that doesn’t respect your privacy. And their only response to this review is “Call us so you can get the most out of our app?” What I want is to forget this app exists, but I can’t if unsubscribing from texts doesn’t work. Third Update: Got another text. I caved and called them. Their solution was to download the app again, log back in and delete my account. The app worked great earlier last year, but then sometime late last year they decided to change the app. And the change was not for the better. However the redesign has made it all but unusable. Nothing is easy to find. Saved recipes are gone, but mostly you got rid of the food database. The only way to find anything is UPC codes and i try to make real foods, not processed meaning no bar codes.
