So I downloaded the app! I never received the 20% discount or even received the offer for it when using the app. Plus I was unable to access my loyalty account and use my points. I am a member, but used the website via emails to purchase my products previously. It kept going back to the page that said I had to log in. I was already logged in and it didn’t allow me to navigate the website. I love WelleCo products, but not sure about your app! I receive emails from WelleCo reminding me to use my points that I have? I tried to no avail. Maybe Adore Beauty is the better choice for ordering your products online from their very easy to navigate app and ability to add multiple gifts, giveaways, discounts and codes on one order, no matter how many times you apply a code, discount, a gift with purchase is offered or any other offer - no limit to the amount of codes etc you can use in one purchase if applicable at the time. Your website/app doesn’t offer that. One offer/code only, as I found out. We use the Super Elixir (unflavored), the Super Kids Protein powder, the Evening Elixir (plus the groovy gold spoon) and I’ve had the older model hydrator bottle and recently ordered the newer model. I’ve also bought other things as gifts for others which have been equally loved. The Super Elixir is the best breakfast I could ask for and the Evening Elixir is my newest routine add.
