But as the months went by, this thing is a slow burning crash in the making to the point where I can't use it at all. It's 2023, people use their phones and their applications: fix this! ### 1/5 — Dishonest Shipping and Apathetic Customer Service *2023-06-28* I would expect a business of this size to treat their customers with appreciation and be precise when it comes to shipping choices. When I upgrade shipping and pay for 1-3 business days, don’t give me excuses that it was a Friday afternoon order on a holiday weekend. 1-3 business days is turning out to be 6 business days. I’m very disappointed with this company. Another thing is the app isn’t great. The INGREDIENTS section is cutoff so you can’t see the complete amount of each ingredient. Also, the app doesn’t show some punctuation as it should be, but some strange letters with symbols. It can get confusing trying to decider the text. ### 1/5 — Inaccurate Shipments, Custom Support is a Waste of Time *2023-03-29* I have been using this company for over 2 yrs. It has been increasingly going downhill throughout the last 6+ mths. My auto ship orders have been wrong, despite phone contact. I just received an auto ship order of over $300, twice in 3 days! My payment charge is now about $700! To exasperate this frustration, I have wasted at least 30 min on hold at various times, each time “the current wait time” has gone from 4 to 6 min., with no option for a callback. It makes no difference the time of day I have tried. I plan to recommend to my physician to find another company where we can order supplements & still receive the minimal discount we receive from our physician. Please consider finding another company! ### 2/5 — Super buggy and basic *2023-03-25* Lots of crashes and little bugs (most recent: a message in my recommended wouldn’t add to cart. Why???). Also, the autoship needs work. Why does every item ship separately? Why can’t I set up a bulk monthly autoship to save on shipping? ### 1/5 — Does not work *2022-12-20, version 2.6.7* Nothing is responsive to clicking ### 1/5 — Terrible UI *2022-12-18, version 2.6.7* A year ago it was much easier to use this app. But now its a very cumbersome process just to order one item from a list of items prescribed by your health provider. You have to go one by one and select 0 for anything you dont want. And unselect auto refill for every item. I will use other sites that make this easy. I've sent their support an email. They are clearly trying to make more money off of bulk orders and auto refills. ### 1/5 — Waste of time *2022-01-27, version 2.6.2* Awful. My Dr recommended this platform - never been harder to try to be a customer. Email recommends using their app - nothing warns you that no payment methods are working to complete a sale through the app. Called and their support guy told me it’s a known issue and use their website. And they don’t support any payment methods that let me protect my data. Will only use them if I can’t find anywhere else to try my Dr’s recommended products. Super untrustworthy platform so far. ### 3/5 — Update request *2021-11-03, version 2.3* I agree with the other reviewer. Not being able to customize dates on auto refill means I’ll never use it. I’d also like my password to be saved. I’m very disappointed with this company. ### 1/5 — Horrible, especially compared to Android *2021-05-04, version 2.0* The Android version of this app was perfect and worked flawlessly. The iOS version is garbage. The pillbox doesn’t update with the items I added to my subscription a while ago, and there’s no easy way to search and add new items.
